Sarah Streicher Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship honors Sarah and the students who receive it will reflect Sarah's legacy. Sarah Joy Streicher was born on June 13, 1991. Since the day she was born she always had a big smile on her face. She was very concerned for others and always put others' happiness before her own.  She loved to laugh and be silly.

She loved Napoleon Dynamite, The Office and Mitch Hedberg and she always memorized them and used their lines to make other people laugh at random times.  Sarah Joy was a beautiful girl.  She modeled in San Francisco and danced for Castro Valley Performing Arts. She played piano, her favorite piece to play was Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata. Everyone remembers her as the nicest, happiest girl they ever met.  She was excellent at math and creative writing.   Sarah was a whiz at math and loved history.  She dreamed of becoming a high school history teacher.  She was a fashionista--always wore the cutest shoes and matching purses. Sarah unconditionally loved everyone she knew and they loved her.Sarah Joy was a wonderful person and will always be missed by everyone who knew her.
