Dental Screening Schedule

As you may have heard, February is Dental Health Month and through the efforts of CVEF's Dr. Neal Fong, all 4th grade students will have the opportunity to participate in a dental screening program.

The following is the schedule by school:

The screening will include:

• 1-2 minute screening of general dental health, classified into 4 classes. Also an assessment of general oral hygiene, and suggested need for dental sealants or orthodontics
• Kids will receive dental goody bags with toothbrush and toothpaste.
• A results letter will be sent to parents of screened children.
• A list of referral resources for kids who don't have a dentist.
